Koncz General Machine Works Incorporated (KGMWI) is a specialized repair and service company located in Montreal, Quebec. Although the name of the company states General Machine Works, the company has evolved into a services company manufacturing and supplying specialized complex components not typically available in the industry. KGMWI supplies specialized services to the elevator, automation, transport and telecommunication industries. KGMWI is a privately held company founded by Louis Koncz and owned by Sandy and Sandra Koncz. The company has been in continuous operation since it was created 41 years ago in 1974.
